Can you tell me about your application process?

Is there available parking?

Here at The Crane, we do not have parking on site; however we offer a list of parking options including a privately owned adjacent parking lot. Some locations offer discounts to our residents!

Is there a fitness center on site?

YES! Located on the 2nd floor. In addition, the second floor is home to Chinatown Community Center. Our residents enjoy designated complimentary basketball court time!

Is public transportation easily accessible?

YES! Conveniently located at 10th & Vine, The Crane is a short walk to Jefferson and Suburban stations as well as Septa bus routes. Easy access to The Vine Street expressway, I-95 and Ben Franklin Bridge.

What unit types or floorplans do you offer?

We offer spacious studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments with spectacular views!

Do you allow pets?

YES! Pets are permitted up to 130lbs with breed restrictions. You may have two pets with a 50lb weight limit.

How do I pay rent?

Easily! Pay your rent online through your resident portal via ACH or credit/debit card for your convenience. In person payments may be made in our on-site management office via check or money order.

How do I request maintenance?

You may submit online service requests through your resident portal or call the front desk to submit requests for you. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

Can you tell me about your fees/security deposit?

Security Deposit: $500 up to one month as per applicant screening

Application fee: $24 per person

Amenity fee: One Time $300

Pet fees:
Up to 50 lbs.
$300 non refundable pet fee – $50 monthly pet rent
51 to 100 lbs.
$500 non refundable pet fee – $75 monthly pet rent
100 to 130lbs.
$1000 non refundable pet fee – $100 monthly pet rent

Do you offer move in Specials?

YES! We often offer great move in specials such as waived fees or rent credit! Specials are subject to change at any time, so act quickly if you like what you see!
